By December 2028, I will secure a Healthcare IT Architect role earning $130,000–$160,000 annually. I will leverage my unique combination of DNP-prepared clinical expertise, PMHNP specialization, AI governance knowledge, and healthcare technology implementation skills to bridge clinical, operational, and technical teams in the design of safe, effective, AI-enabled healthcare systems.
To achieve this goal, I will complete four key preparation steps: (1) complete the AI Leaders Certificate program to strengthen AI governance and strategic implementation competencies; (2) earn Google AI professional certifications to build practical AI and workflow automation skills; (3) complete my DNP degree and PMHNP certification to deepen clinical expertise and leadership credibility; and (4) develop a portfolio of healthcare AI, informatics, and workflow optimization projects that demonstrate real-world application of healthcare technology solutions.
My target compensation reflects both my living wage requirements and the value of combining advanced clinical training with emerging expertise in healthcare AI and informatics. During my job search, I will negotiate from a position of demonstrated impact, emphasizing my ability to align technology initiatives with clinical outcomes, patient safety, ethical AI governance, and organizational goals.
